			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I made a podcast.  It&#8217;ll take me a few days to find out where to host it, how to get it to iTunes, and the rest of technical stuff.  But!  I am trying to think of what to put in it.  So far, I&#8217;ve been putting progress and what activities I&#8217;m doing.  Maybe show what my portions are.  How many nuts are in that 1oz I eat everyday that cost 4 points?  What size and kind of chicken costs 7-8 points?  I&#8217;m having fun with it.  I love my Macbook!  Such great software that makes this kind of thing easy.</p>
