Here’s my food for the last week!
And here is me:
I’m not seeing a difference this week.
Vacation is going well. My hosts offered pork sandwiches for lunch and there weren’t any light options available. But when we went out to dinner at a steakhouse, I ordered grilled shrimp and a salad bar run. Grilled shrimp is so low in points and so filling! I think I’m going to eat a lot of grilled seafood this vacation.
I also went on a couple of 20-minute walks. So far so good!
I was disappointed that my weigh-in showed “only” a weight loss of 0.4 pounds. But that meeting was about POSITIVE SELF-TALKING. Hey, I’ve lost 20 pounds so far and any loss is better than any gain. Right?

I totally relate to you, I only lost .8 this week. Just keep the walking up and your diary and you will see a big difference next week. Sometimes our body gets used to our routines maybe try mixing up the meals and walking a bit faster, i know it has worked for me in the past!! oh and CONGRATS ON YOUR 20 pounds lost!!!
