Back from Vacation

Back to routine and schedule. Boo for life, yay for losing weight. I’ve learned that it is really, really hard to get points and keep track when eating at someone’s house and when eating out. I should have bought healthy snacks. But I did get a lot of exercise: walking and swimming.

When I returned to the scale this morning, I had lost a little more than half a pound. I was hoping to lose more in the past 10 days, but I am hoping that once I get my water intake back up, more weight will come off.
