		<description>That is hard.  Do they know you joined Weight Watchers? In my case I had a similar problem when visiting my in laws, but i let them know that i had join weight watchers and that i had to count points.  I explain that it didn&#039;t mean i couldn&#039;t eat regular food just that i had certain amount of points at day.  Also, do you have a grocery store closed by? maybe you should take a walk there and discretely buy healthy snacks like pretzels and keep them on your purse, that way you can have a healthy snack before the meals and is easier not to eat much of the high points servings.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Take care,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hungry Cheshire</description>
