I like when you post a Tweet because it&#039;s a nice little reminder that other people are doing it, too, and it&#039;s encouraging me. I&#039;m down 7.6lbs. in three weeks. I wanted to lose more than that by now, but I have to keep telling myself that I didn&#039;t put it on quickly. It can&#039;t come off quickly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Keep up the great work and keep twittering your points. You&#039;re helping more than yourself here!</description>
