In other news, I’m dropping my daily balance by 2. I get 10 points a day if I’m nursing my baby full-time, and 5 if I was supplementing solids. I gave myself 7 because M-F she gets her solids, but on the weekends, I was nursing her out of laziness. And I think I didn’t want to admit to myself that my baby doesn’t need me as much as she used to. So my daily balance is 34.

Katherine — I just started following you on Twitter. I’m on WW, too! First timer. I love it. The points system is so easy to follow. I like when you post a Tweet because it’s a nice little reminder that other people are doing it, too, and it’s encouraging me. I’m down 7.6lbs. in three weeks. I wanted to lose more than that by now, but I have to keep telling myself that I didn’t put it on quickly. It can’t come off quickly.
