		<description>Thanks for just following me on Twitter. Good luck with your vacation - I just returned from two weeks on a cruise and that was difficult! While I did gain some weight (2 lbs) it wasn&#039;t as much as past cruises (4-5lbs) and this one was much longer, so I was quite happy. While I was on the trip, I didn&#039;t track points (too difficult) but I really tried to pay attention to what I was consuming. Breakfast was usually yogurt and fruit, lunch was a salad (with light dressing on the side) and dinner... well I tried to make as many sensible choices like &quot;grilled&quot; over &quot;fried&quot;. And, my biggest thing is I have a huge sweet tooth, so I decided to split my dessert each night and once I had enough, I stopped eating. If you can bring your own snacks, that is great - it will save you points and money! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ALSO, I made sure to get more exercise in then normal... so I did a lot of walking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Good luck and keep us posted!&lt;br /&gt;Mel&lt;br /&gt;@meldressler</description>
